OVERVIEW

This case study focuses on the redesign of the mobile app Afuse, an app that encourages new college students to make connections, explore their college community, and find a roommate.

Note: This project and case study are still in progress.

THE CHALLENGE

🗒️ Summary

Users of Afuse indicated that the current interface and flow of the app were not entirely intuitive. As such emerged a need for a redesign of the entire interface of the app.

👤 Pain Points

Users indicated that the flows of the app were convoluted at times. Users noted broken links and not being entirely sure on how to navigate from one page to another. Users also indicated wating more of a community feel to the app itself, requesting for features such as group chats.
